Artist's Comments
It is well known that dragons hoard treasure... however, for some small, migratory species, they are unable toestablish a large, perminent hoard. However, their love for jems and prescious metals still drives them. Thus, they usually only have one or two peices of 'treasure' which they usually cary with them, or keep in their nests of twigs and leaves. They are commonly called 'Treasurekeepers by the local populous here. Here, one that answers to Zephyr covets a small peice of amethyst.
A peice done specifically fo the Marcon art show. The metallic ink turned out oddly in the scan, and yes, that is a real peice of amethyst in tis talon. And now I have to run before the thunderstorms get me! |
