Good GOD I’m tired.

Okay, I know, technically it’s Thursday! I’m so sorry I didn’t get this in on time and that it’s kinda crappy… but it was finals week, and I had a painting crit on Tuesday. And work asked me to do extra hours. Twice. Regardless, I’m also sorry to say that once the new Quarter at school starts… Eldritch will become a once-every-two-weeks update, until the quarter is over. I’m taking 12 credit hours in 400 level studio courses which means, I’m gonna be pulling all nighters.

Heh… you know, in the original treatment I had for the script, Faith was a lot crasser. I actually had to sit down with my Dad (I can’t thank him enough for all his advice. The poor guy has had to sit through HOURS of my rambling about this and that on this project, and also, on may others) and discuss what he thought would be appropriate as a parent, vs. what I thought was appropriate. Happy medium ensued.

Oh, and on an even happier note… I’m getting kind of excited, you guys. The farther I get, the closer I get to showing everyone all of these ideas I have, though, some are better than others. I mean… everyone who follows my gallery here knows I have a weird little take on mythology and stuff. But I think that this medium’ll give me the opportunity to use a lot of ideas that have been scribbled on postits or on the backs of drawings. I’m also so excited because I’m going to get to play with characters more… like Todd, Seamous, William and the like. My only complaint is that so many of the characters I love have to wait. Thankfully, Maggie’ll be showing up in a few pages.

Blah, I'm rambly. Sorry... I get that way when I'm tired.

The author (Nashoba Hostina) has everything planned out, and if something does not immediately make sense, it will later. If there are questions about what will happen, answers will not be given until the issues come up in the natural course of the plot. Plot advancement will be slow at times, and peppered with LOLpages that do not advance the story much.

The author has done a lot of work and research and has a lot planned (Please give her the benefit of the doubt here, she does know what she’s doing). This means that ‘requested storylines’ and suggestions have no place in this comic, but the author hopes you will use your ideas in your own comic! (This also means, please do not send her previews to your own works.)

In other words, do NOT Send her requests or make suggestions. Period!

The author sadly must have a day job, and cannot afford to do art all the time. Thus, Eldritch is done on the author’s free time, which means page quality may vary. Also, updates may be missed if the author has a busy week. She apologizes for the inconvenience.

And, finally… if you don’t like it, don’t read it! No one’s forcing you to look at this :3 Go outside and play or something!
